WHAT TO EXPECT

Upon arrival to the day spa we ask that you check in with reception at the
front desk. We will then provide you with a pair of our Hawaiian sandals for the day spa. We can then escort you to the relaxation area to wait for your appointment to commence.

APPOINTMENTS

Please advise if you have allergies or a medical condition.
To fully enjoy your spa experience, we ask you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Treatment sessions that start late due to late arrival may not be able to be extended and may have to be rescheduled or service time reduced. Treatment times include consultation and time stated is an approximation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for 24 hours notice in the event your service appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. For spa packages please allow 48 hours. Thank you for your consideration.

GROUP BOOKING

We have a room that is able to accommodate two people for services. We are able to accommodate up to four people for esthetic services. As well as a massage room that accommodates a couples massage.

GIFT CARDS

SpaLifestyle & Fashion Boutique gift cards can be purchased in any denomination. Either for an amount of a service or for a dollar amount. They do not have an expiration and can be used in either the day spa or the fashion boutique. Only seasonal promotional gift vouchers have an expiration date.
